Terms of Use

Another You is an AI-powered photo and video editor for iOS that lets you apply automated transformations (aging, anime style, portrait enhancement, photo-to-video remix, and more) using third-party machine-learning models hosted in Google Cloud.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may use limited features without an account. Premium features and subscriptions require Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and any activity that occurs under it.

Another You offers two auto-renewable subscriptions, sold via the Apple App Store:

• Another You Weekly — $9.99 per week. New subscribers may be eligible for a 3-day free trial.
• Another You Yearly — $59.99 per year.

Local prices may differ by App Store region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the price displayed at the time of renewal.

Cancellation. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for unused time. There is no cancellation fee.

Free trial. If you cancel during the free-trial period, you will not be charged. The trial converts to a paid subscription only if you do not cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID; trials may be modified or removed at any time.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store policy. Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Distribution through the Apple App Store is governed by Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where Apple's EULA conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA applies between you and Apple; these Terms govern matters between you and Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ.

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to upload, process, transform, and store that content solely to provide the requested generation.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Source uploads are deleted from our servers within 24 hours; generated outputs are stored encrypted for 30 days, then deleted from our servers.

AI outputs are predictions of a statistical model. They may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected interpretations. You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are not guarantees of accuracy, similarity, or fitness for any purpose.
• You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish AI-generated content. Disclose AI generation when sharing publicly, and obtain consent before applying effects to images of other people.
• We disclaim liability for any harm caused by misuse of AI-generated content.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute:

• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes targeting identifiable persons without their consent, or sexual content depicting minors.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
• Content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the United Arab Emirates.

You also agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by law; (b) circumvent security or access controls; (c) abuse the Service through automated tools, scraping, or excessive requests; (d) resell or sublicense the Service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to refunds beyond what Apple grants under its policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cleanor Research Labs L.L.C-FZ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) content you submit, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory consumer-protection rights granted to you by the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and on this page before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
